Hockey India unveiled the Indian Women’s Hockey Team roster for the Women’s Asian Championships Trophy 2024, to be held in Rajgir, Bihar from November 11th to 20th. Salima Tete will captain the defending champion team, with Navneet Kaur as the vice-captain. All together, six teams will participate in the event, including China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand.
India’s campaign will commence with a match against Malaysia on November 11, followed by a game against Korea on November 12. They will then face Thailand on November 14, China on November 16, and Japan on November 17. The top four teams will advance to the semifinals.
